hi guys i'm bor for this virus so called (trojan horse)

last week i'm looking for free version 3gp software download from webside file names is ((3GP-CONVERTER\free-3GP-PLAYER-install.... soon later installing in to my hard drive but has been inffected the list are show below:

malware name : win32:hackarmy-ae[trj]

malware type : trojan horse

can u guy please help what is my next step to clear this trojan virus??

i'm using avast anti viruses software but i not surely know it can clean or not at all. please need your help here..
