I need urgent help finding out how someone is breaking or has broken into my PC?

I know that someone has gained access to my computer. I am pretty sure I know who it is but need proof. I need help fast as this person leaves town in the morning. This person is very knowledgeable with computers. I was given copy of program from this person, scanned them with avast, ran spy bot. I have also ran HiJack This, but don't know how to read the results. Can anyone help? My wife and I would be grateful.

First of all you need to get a hold of your Internet server! They will look right into it and find where the source is coming from. (If live in apartment or laptops can be the easiest to break into or if someone knows your ups codes) Now when downloading any kind of free trail on the web can also put spy bots into your computer.) So beware of spy ware adds!!

The new laptops are making it so easy to steal your internet servers by just being in your internet range they feed off your internet lines.

Your internet serve should give you a freew spy ware to download and run. After all it is their lines that are allowing such to happen and remind them of this when talking to them.

Another way in is, when you send out ANY email only leave your address on the CC and all others BCC. (To ensure your not allowing hacker to get information) hackers feed off of that address book and best to code or get rid of that address book off line. Never give information out on line, not even for face book info!!!! (You are feeding hackers all over)
