Help laptop been mended but...?

hi,

first things first my mum fell over my charger and broke it so we took the laptop to the shop only to find out she has also damaged the inside so it needed to be taken away ....fine

well got it ack yesterday with everything still on so it was formated or anything i decided to cheak the virus vault for some reason and were before there was 2 in now there is none

i want to have they escaped back onto my pc or would the pc bloke rid them

p.s but i looked on advast and a virus that caught is still in the chest

p.p.s i using avg ( virus missing)

and avast ( virus still there)

( i have put both viruses on but they cant detect anything )

finally since its been to there shop my laptop performance has dropped it takes 5 mins to load from start were as before it took 2-3 also firefox is taking longer to open everything is just slowed down and its anoying

also when i turn my lptop on i have to press f1 for it to resume before i didnt

so if you can help plz do

Im not sure I understand your problem 100% but you can only run ONE A.V.

2 A.V. slow down your PC and cause other problems.
