How do you remove an Overture hijacker?

Although I don't use internet explorer, I want to remove an homepage hijacker thats hijacked my homepage on my IE. The hijacker sets my home page to http://qca8.hpwis.com/, which is overture's website. I already tried to change my homepage to some other website but it failed. I used TweakNow RegCleaner Std, Ad-Aware SE Personal, avast! Antivirus, AVG Free, and Spybot - Search %26 Destroy but nothing worked. Does anyone know how to solve this problem. Btw, i think the hijacker came with the computer when it was new.
