Is this safe?

Right, well i tried to open mozilla firefox but then it said dwwin.exe memory could not be ''written'' i tried again, but it automatically closed down instantly, i even tried to open windows explorer 6 but it did the same thing. So i had to close dwwin.exe from task manager and then i went onto mozilla firefox in safe mode disabling all the options.it works fine now but i havent messed it up in any way have i? also when im on msn and open mozilla fiefox, msn automatically shuts down. i cleaned out using registry cleaner, avast!, spybot and it found anything, i diskcleaned it, defragmented it, rebooted it, it still dont work. what should i do? i dont know about restoring as i did it many times... But would i be still on the internet as i restored before without internet working. It's ethernet cable. Thanks so much to the people who will answer!

You may have corrupt system files. Mode. If your computer comes up clean after running your resident security products, you may want to consider running a System File Checker (SFC). This can also be run in Safe Mode should you prefer.
