i scanned with avast it was clean

i scanned with a-squared it was clean

avg anti-rootkit it was clean

avg anti-spyware and fixed all problems

i was recommended to do a trend micro house call scan it found one adware but fixed it and then i did another scan and it was clean.

so is my pc clean of viruses and trojans

Wow I thought I was paranoid but you really do go the whole hog. Yes I reckon you must be pretty safe with that. For the record I have used AVG Anti Virus, Zone Alarm Firewall, Spy-bot Search and Destroy and Ad Aware both spyware killers for years. Also I have Windiws Defender as well.

After running all those scans you should be clean. However you can do one more scan with your installed anti-virus after updating it. This time run it in safe mode. Many times you can get there by turning off your computer. Then turn it back on and repeatedly press F8 until you get the next screen. Use your arrow keys and choose Safe Mode. Sign into to your account and run your scan. If you do not have a anti-virus installed boot into Safe Mode with Networking and run one of the free online scans.
After running all of that security software, I would think that you are all cleaned up and ready to run.
