Whenever i open my computer it shows that C:\autorun.inf contains samples of VBS:malware-gen.?

iam using avast antivirus . even i do delete also it will automatically generating.and one directory to other directory it is spreading ie D:\autoruns.inf contains samples of VBS:malware-gen and so on please help me to remove this problem
