I got AVAST and Sypbot, and I still have these annoying popups. There is one peice of spyware that sybot cant erase. it stalls everytime I try to erase it. My computer also says microsoft C++ error about two hours into every internet sesion. What can I do? I dont have a system disk. Will I have to buy one and erase my drive? UUGGH!

I have evaluated it and it is completely uninstallable. I've had some good luck removing pesky infections with it. Nothing is a sure thing, but you can usually get rid of malware without reformatting. Beware of anti-malware programs that are actually malware themselves.
