I beg someone help me please? Virus?

D:\Installs\Workflow\GUI\actwin2.exe (Infected with trojan)

I have ran in safe mode with Avast,SuperAntiSpyware,Avari,and AVG,nothing will get rid of this,i am here all day trying to delete it but it says the file is read only and it cannot be delete.No quarantine,no nothing. :(

I beg someone help me please? Virus?nortin

I. Do not "double click" on drives in "My Computer".

II. Do not run any other programs.

1. Download "isReset 1" [ http://www.download.com/isReset/3000-223... ] onto your desktop. What it does is it changes your file to normal attributes.

2. Download "AutoRuns" [ http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/A... ]. Extract the files onto your desktop.

A. Objective: Delete source file

**************************************...

A1. Run "isReset.exe".

A2. Locate "actwin2.exe", drag it to "isReset.exe" and press "Reset".

A3. Delete the source file "actwin2.exe".

B. Objective: Delete startup programs

**************************************...

B1. Run "autoruns.exe" and allow the program to complete loading.
