After installing spyware terminator i still get mega loads of about blank windows what can i do to s

everytime i press enter for my search new windows open with that say about blank and on some browser windows it says directattack. Now i can't surf the web without getting loads of these windows popping open. Can someone tell me what to do i already installed avast,spyware terminator, squsi, spybot,and comodo firewall as preventive measures all to no avail, did i miss anything? Please help :(
