Virus on work computer?

I was at work surfing myspace, and all of a sudden I start getting pop-ups, nonstop. Today, I downloaded, avast and spybot. I've been running these programs continuosly. They keep finding spyware and trojans, nonstop. For some reason the virus is affecting what I type online. It'll make me skip letters when typing, and it frustrating. What should I do to get rid of this, I dont want to get fired????

Try using avast for a full system scan so you can get all of the viruses off your computer

Update both Avast and Spybot.

Set Avast to run a full scan.

When it finds the first virus tell it to delete it and do the same for the rest and leave it on.

At the same time run a Spybot search too.

When Spybot has finished choose Fix Selected Problems.

When Avast has finished choose Move to Bin for anything that couldn't be deleted by the program.

If you have Trojans a firewall might also help.

Firewalls block incoming and outgoing connections.

This will stop hackers getting into your computer.

If you really wanted the connections (for example it was Internet Explorer) you can click Allow when the warning window appears and from then onwards it will always let that program connect to the internet.

For spyawre Windows Defender is pretty good or AVG.

For Virusses, Nortons or MCAfee.
That free avast and spybot, are the worst.

You need something like mcafee, or Nortons, but not free

stuff, its crap.
Wipe your hard drive. start over. or you could try to get a new keyboard. If you can take it to a computer repair man to fix it. good luck!!!
