Spy/ad ware removal???

I have this thing that keep saying system Alert.

When I click on this god forsaken bubble its a page about Antivirgear. (I dont even know what it is)

I have tried norton,spywaredoctor,avast,avg,spy remover gold 9.0 and nothing works. Are there any that will remove it???
